Join Nazareno to explore the art of going upside down through three foundational inversions: handstand, headstand and forearm balance. Through a balance of theory and practice, you’ll learn how to build a strong and stable foundation, refine alignment, and develop the strength and body awareness required for inversions.
We’ll also address balance, confidence and common fears that arise when the body leaves the ground.
This workshop is designed to support both those new to inversions and practitioners looking to deepen their technique, offering clear breakdowns, accessible progressions and practical tools to help you approach inversions with more ease, stability and confidence.
