The Yoga
This retreat is for you who’ll jump out bed in the morning excited to practice. You’re someone who loves Vinyasa or similar dynamic style and like to get challenged both physically and mentally on the mat.
It’s for you who already have some yoga experience, not if you’re a complete beginner. With that said we offer plenty of variations in the classes as there will be many different levels in the group.
We make sure everyone’s met where they’re at in their practice.
Each day begins with a 2 hour morning practice - sadhana - consisting of open-level Vinyasa Flow and Power Yoga with plenty of time to explore and move through the whole body, as well as pranayama, meditation and journaling.
In the afternoon we come together again for an explorative workshop (a mix between asana, breath work and meditation) or a more quiet yin/restorative class.

The Food
For this summer retreat, Sofia, who owns Boklunda farmhouse, will cook up beautiful food for us, mainly based on what’s in-season in the area!
Picture abundant, colourful brunches filled with fresh fruit, yogurt, home-made granola, juices, eggs and homemade savoury treats!
Throughout the day, you can look forward to an energy-filled afternoon snack, perfect for grabbing after hiking, napping, or a day at the beach.
In the evenings, we'll gather for a summer-inspired dinner (if the weather allows picnic-style in the garden) for dishes inspired by what’s in season and Sofias extensive time living in India!
If you're vegan, gluten or lactose intolerant, or have any serious food allergies, please let us know in the booking form, and we'll pass it on to Sofia.

NAZARENO GRISOLIA (URU)
CO-FOUNDER INSPIRO YOGA & LEAD YOGA TEACHER
Nazareno is an experienced Vinyasa yoga teacher who’s been teaching full-time around the world since 2011. With over 5,000 teaching hours and thousands of hours of training, he brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to every class, retreat, and training he leads.
With a background in martial arts and Ashtanga, Naza is known for his playful yet disciplined approach to intermediate and advanced asanas. He loves encouraging students to explore their edge, approach challenges with curiosity, and discover what’s possible on their mats.
Naza’s teaching combines warmth, skill, and a good sense of humor, making even the toughest poses fun to explore. He creates a supportive space where students can challenge themselves, grow, and enjoy their yoga practice.

LISA ANDERSSON RHODINER (SWE)
CO-FOUNDER INSPIRO YOGA & LEAD TEACHER
Lisa is an experienced Vinyasa, Yin, and Meditation teacher, educator, mentor, and business coach for yoga teachers.
Since completing her first teacher training in 2012, she has dedicated her life to yoga, accumulating over 1,000 hours of yoga studies and 6,000+ teaching hours. As a registered Yoga Alliance YACEP (Continuing Education Provider), Lisa has led 20+ international yoga teacher trainings, certifying more than 150 yoga teachers worldwide, and has hosted nearly 100 yoga retreats across the globe.
Known for her empowering, strong flow classes, Lisa weaves in thoughtful themes and transitions, offers intentional hands-on adjustments, and always plays a carefully curated playlist to accompany the flow.

The Venue & Location
Our Sweden retreat-home, Boklunda Gård, is a farmhouse located just a 10-minute drive from Ängelholm, in south-west Skåne (southern Sweden), near one of Sweden’s most beautiful peninsulas, Bjärehalvön.
The farmhouse, which is also the home of the owner, Sofia, is located right next to a beautiful forest, open meadows, and horses, with chickens roaming freely around the farm. Our shala is sweetly cocooned by green trees, making this a very grounding place to be – perfect for a retreat!
The Bjäre Peninsula has incredibly beautiful nature to explore while you’re here. We highly recommend renting a car, or sharing a car with a few others, so you don’t miss out while being in this area. There are tons of long sandy beaches, cute coastal villages, open farmland, and the famous Skåneleden (a hiking trail along the ocean). Close by, you’ll also find two beautiful lakes, Västersjön and Rössjön.
If you’ve never experienced the Nordic summer light before, you’re in for something really special.
HOW TO GET HERE
We really recommend coming by car if you can, either your own or a rental, as it will give you much more freedom to explore the area during the retreat. Rental cars can easily be picked up at Copenhagen Airport or Malmö Central Station.
The drive from Copenhagen takes around 1.5 hours (over the Öresund Bridge), and from Malmö it’s about a 1-hour drive.
If you’re flying in and prefer to use public transport, you can take a train from Copenhagen Airport to Ängelholm (around 1.5 hours). From there, it’s about a 15-minute taxi ride to the venue. There’s also a local bus to Hjärnarp, where we can arrange pick-up.
We’re happy to connect you with other guests to share a rental car.

The easiest way to reach the retreat is by car, either your own or a rental car that can be picked up at Copenhagen Airport or Malmö Central Station.

If you’re someone who likes a dynamic practice, with a bit of challenges then you’ll probably like it. If you’re more into a more gentle yoga, probably not.
