NAZARENO GRISOLIA (URU)
CO-FOUNDER & LEAD YOGA TEACHER
Nazareno is an experienced Vinyasa yoga teacher who’s been teaching full-time around the world since 2011. With over 5,000 teaching hours and thousands of hours of training, he brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to every class, retreat, and training he leads.
With a background in martial arts and Ashtanga, Naza is known for his playful yet disciplined approach to intermediate and advanced asanas. He loves encouraging students to explore their edge, approach challenges with curiosity, and discover what’s possible on their mats.
Naza’s teaching combines warmth, skill, and a good sense of humor, making even the toughest poses fun to explore. He creates a supportive space where students can challenge themselves, grow, and enjoy their yoga practice.

LISA ANDERSSON RHODINER (SWE)
CO-FOUNDER INSPIRO YOGA & LEAD TEACHER
Lisa is an experienced Vinyasa, Yin, and Meditation teacher, educator, mentor, and business coach for yoga teachers.
Since completing her first teacher training in 2012, she has dedicated her life to yoga, accumulating over 1,000 hours of yoga studies and 5,000+ teaching hours. As a registered Yoga Alliance YACEP (Continuing Education Provider), Lisa has led 15+ international yoga teacher trainings, certifying more than 150 yoga teachers worldwide, and has hosted nearly 100 yoga retreats across the globe.
Known for her empowering, strong flow classes, Lisa weaves in thoughtful themes and transitions, offers intentional hands-on adjustments, and always plays a carefully curated playlist to accompany the flow.
The Yoga
Each day we greet the day with a 2 hour morning practice, starting at 8am. You can expect a blend of invigorating open-level Vinyasa and Power Yoga, meditation, pranayama and journaling.
Our yoga retreats are suitable for you who already have experience of a stronger dynamic practice and like to get challenged on your mat. If you haven't practiced with us before - TRY A FREE CLASS to make sure you resonate with us and our way of teaching.
There will be, as always at our retreats, plenty of opportunities to explore and deepen your practice. We make sure to meet everyone where they’re at.
In the afternoon we get together again, either for a deep yin yoga practice or an explorative workshop.
The Food
For this retreat, Sofia, who runs Boklunda farmhouse, will cook up beautiful food in the kitchen for us! Picture abundant, colorful brunches filled with fresh fruit, smoothie bowls, chia pudding, juices, and homemade savory treats!
Throughout the day, you can look forward to an energy-filled afternoon snack, perfect for grabbing after hiking, napping, or a day at the beach.
In the evenings, we'll gather for a summer-inspired dinner feast (if the weather allows picnic-style in the garden) for dishes inspired by what’s in season and Sofias extensive time living in India!
If you're vegan, gluten or lactose intolerant, or have any serious food allergies, please let us know in the booking form, and we'll pass it on to Sofia.
The Venue
Our Sweden retreat-home, Boklunda gård, is a farm-house located 10 min drive from Ängelholm, in south-west of Sweden - near one of Swedens most beautiful peninsulas Bjärehalvön.
The farm-house, which is also the home of the owner Sofia, is located right next to a beautiful forest with lots of trails to walk.
Boklunda gård has rooms spread out over two floors. Some have two separate beds and some have a queen size bed.
The nearest beach is only 15 min drive away and you also have Västersjön and Rössjön lakes nearby.
HOW TO GET HERE
The easiest way to reach the retreat is by car, either your own or a rental car that can be picked up at Copenhagen Airport or Malmö Central Station.
The drive from Copenhagen takes around 1,5 hours (passing over the Öresund Bridge) and from Malmö, it's 1 hour drive.
If you're arriving by plane and prefer to use public transport, you can easily also take a train from Copenhagen Airport to Ängelholm (1,5 hr). From there, you'll catch a local bus to Hjärnarp, where you’ll be picked up or you can catch a bus at Ängelholm train station (about 15 min drive).
We’ll happily connect you with other guests to share a rental car, taxi and/or bus.

Book 2 people to share a room with a queen size double bed. The room is located on the upper or ground floor and you’ll share bathroom with other rooms.
SINGLE SPACE 1799€*
Stay in a queen size bed in a semi-private space with a thick curtain instead of a door. Bathroom is shared.

The best way to know this is to take one of our FREE CLASSES, to get a taste of how we teach.
If you’re someone who likes a dynamic practice, with a bit of challenges then you’ll probably like it. If you’re more into a more gentle yoga, probably not.
