The Yoga
Each day we greet the day with a 2 hour morning yoga practice, starting at 8am (meaning you’ll be able to sleep in!). You can expect a blend of invigorating open-level Vinyasa and Power Yoga, meditation, pranayama, time for reflection and journaling.
Our yoga retreats are suitable for you who already have experience of a dynamic yoga practice and like to get challenged on your mat.
As always at our retreats, there will plenty of opportunities to explore and deepen your practice. We make sure to meet you where you’re at. The most important thing for us is that you listen to your body and enjoy your practice.
If you’ve never practiced with us before click the link below to try our free classes, and of course reach out with any questions!
In the afternoon we’ll get together again, either for a deep yin yoga practice or an explorative workshop.
The Food
During our Menorca retreat, the food will be light and fresh and prepared daily by our talented chef Guillem! You can expect Mediterranean-inspired meals prepared with as much organic and local produce as possible, based on what’s in season.
After our morning practice, we’ll enjoy a generous brunch with everything from fresh fruit, yogurt and smoothies to Spanish tortilla, local Mahon cheese, and typical Pá amb Tomàquet.
In the afternoon, we’ll be served a light snack and on the day we go for our boat trip we’ll bring it with us!
Dinners are abundant, colourful and wholesome - served buffet-style.
If you’re vegan, gluten- or lactose-intolerant, or have any serious food allergies, let us know when you book and we’ll pass it on to the chef.

The Venue
DAMAJUANA - A COUNTRY SIDE GEM AT THE HEART OF MENORCA
For this Balearic island retreat, we’ve hand-picked a charming finca called Damajuana, a historic treasure and guesthouse built in 1792.
Located in the countryside near the village of Ferreries (5 min by car) in the south-central part of Menorca, Damajuana features a huge beautiful garden with fruit trees, a small swimming pool, it’s own caves(!) a shaded patio, and plenty of chill-out spots.
The guesthouse has 10 charming rooms of different sizes: twin, double, and single. Some rooms have ensuite bathrooms, while others have share.
Please get in touch with any questions or requests so we can find the best option for you.
Some of Menorca's most beautiful beaches Cala Mitjana, Macarella and Macarelleta, perfect for soaking up the sun and swimming in crystal-clear waters, can be reached with a short 5-minute drive.
HOW TO GET HERE & move around
To make the most out of this retreat and take in this incredibly beautiful island, we highly recommend renting a car, either on your own or sharing with others. We’re more than happy to connect to other participants to share the cost.
The easiest way to get to Damajuana is therefore by a rental car, which you can easily pick up at the airport of Mahón. The drive from the airport is about 30 minutes.
A taxi from the airport costs about €60. We’re happy to connect you with others to share the ride.

You can absolutely enjoy this retreat simply staying at the venue, especially if you’re looking at really disconnecting. We do recommend getting a car either on your own or sharing, as the island is so incredibly beautiful with so many beaches and cute villages to see.
-
The best way to know this is to take one of our FREE CLASSES, to get a taste of how we teach.
If you’re someone who likes a dynamic practice, with a bit of challenges then you’ll probably like it. If you’re more into a more gentle yoga, probably not.
-
Absolutely! The majority of our guests travel alone and you’ll see that you’ll make a lot of new friends!
