FAQ

Q. What style of yoga do you offer AT YOUR RETREATS & TEACHER TRAININGS?

A. The main style we teach is Vinyasa Flow yoga, but we draw inspiration from many other styles too, such as Ashtanga Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Embodied Flow and Hatha. We always give lots of options in our classes, there’s always a chance to take your practice to the next level if you’re up for it AND you’re also welcome to stay with the easier variations of the poses.

We also offer yin and restorative yoga as well myo-fascial release. If you’re considering joining us and would like to try us out head over to take our FREE CLASSES.

Q. how do I know if my level of yoga is good enough for your retreats? How can I know if your retreat will suit me?

A. The best way to know this is again to take our FREE CLASSES, to get a feel for of how we teach. If you’re someone who likes a dynamic strong practice, with an opportunity to challenge yourself then you’ll probably like it. If you’re more into a more gentle yoga, probably not. Feel free to reach out via email or on Whatsapp if you’re unsure and want to have a chat about it.

Q: I’m traveling SOLO, is that OK?

A. Absolutely not! The majority of our guests travel alone and you’ll make a lot of new friends (including us :)!

Q. What can I expect in your classes?

A. It depends a bit on the program of the specific retreat or training you’re joining but what you’ll always get is creatively sequenced and well-balanced Vinyasa yoga classes, allowing space for exploration and growth. They’re open-level classes where we offer a lot of variations - for you to make the practice yours. The most important thing is that you listen to your body.

Q. What type of food can I expect?

A. At our retreats and trainings you can expect high-quality, lovingly prepared food. We work with amazing chefs who serve wholesome, beautifully presented and varied food. The meals are mainly vegetarian but sometimes we offer fish for dinner and cold cuts for brunch/breakfast. There’s always an option to go vegan or lactose-free, you just need to let us know when you book.

Q. Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?

A. We do recommend bringing your own mat if you can, or at least a travel yoga mat. We also know that you might travel light and simply don’t have space enough. Most of the venues we work with are equipped with yoga mats but if you’re like us and want to be really sure it’s a good yoga mat where you won’t slip - bring your own.

Q. Can I bring my partner even if he/she doesn't join the program?

A. If we have availability we might be able to arrange this. Reach out to us on email and we’ll check availability.

Q. How many people usually attend your retreats and trainings?

A. It really depends but we’re normally between 10-16 people, sometimes less, sometimes more.  It depends on the capacity of the venue and also what type of program we have.

Q. What shall I bring to the retreat?

A. It depends on which country and what time of the year. Each of our retreats have it’s own FAQ section at the bottom of the page. Have a look there for our recommended packing list.

Q. Can I arrive a day early or leave a day later?

A. This depends on the venue. Drop us an email and we’ll put you in touch with them directly.

Q. Is the transport from the airport to the venue included in the price?

A. No it’s not included.

Q. What is your cancelation policy?
