Lisa is an experienced Vinyasa, Yin, and Meditation teacher, teacher trainer, mentor, and business coach for yoga teachers, with over a decade immersed in the practice and teaching of yoga.
Since completing her first yoga teacher training in 2012, she has dedicated her life to yoga, accumulating over thousands of hours of yoga studies and 6,000+ teaching hours.
As a registered Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 and YACEP (Continuing Education Provider), Lisa has led 20+ international yoga teacher trainings, certifying more than 150 yoga teachers worldwide, and has hosted 100+ retreats across the globe.
Known for her empowering, strong Vinyasa classes, Lisa weaves in thoughtful themes and transitions, offers intentional hands-on adjustments, and always plays a carefully curated playlist to accompany the flow. Her teaching draws from Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Jivamukti, Power Yoga, and Hatha, as well as embodied movement practices, and is further shaped by her background in dance, bringing a natural sense of rhythm and fluidity to her sequencing.

NAZARENO GRISOLIA (URU)

Nazareno is an experienced Vinyasa teacher and teacher trainer who’s been sharing his love for yoga around the world since 2011.
With over 5,000 teaching hours and thousands of hours of training, he brings a wealth of knowledge and energy to every class, retreat, and training he leads.
With a background in martial arts and Ashtanga, Naza is known for his playful yet disciplined approach to movement. He is especially known for his intelligently sequenced Vinyasa classes, often infused with arm balances and inversions, as well as his signature Mandala Vinyasa classes that take you 180–360 degrees around the mat. He loves encouraging students to explore their edge, approach challenges with curiosity, and discover what’s possible on their mats.
Naza’s teaching combines warmth, skill, and a sense of humor, making even the toughest poses fun to explore. He creates a supportive space where students can challenge themselves, grow, and enjoy their yoga practice.
