New Year Yoga Retreat

Booking & Payment

To secure your spot, please fill out the booking form and pay a non-refundable deposit of €500.

The remaining balance is due 60 days before the retreat starts. If you book less than 60 days before the retreat, full payment is required upfront.

Once your deposit is paid, your booking is confirmed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All payments (deposit and balance) are non-refundable for any reason, including illness, emergencies, or travel restrictions.

• You may transfer your booking to someone else only with prior written approval from Inspiro Yoga.

If Inspiro Yoga cancels the retreat due to business reasons (e.g., low enrollment or illness), you will receive a full refund.

If the retreat is cancelled due to unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., war, pandemics, government restrictions, natural disasters), no refunds will be given.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations and emergencies — especially for unexpected global events. This will protect your investment and give you peace of mind.

Changes & Liability

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the retreat program or schedule if necessary and will communicate these promptly.

Participation is at your own risk. We are not liable for injury, loss, or damages during the retreat or related travel.

Additional Costs

Please note that Inspiro Yoga is not responsible for travel, accommodation, visa fees, or any other expenses outside the retreat fee.
