Join us for a 6-day island yoga retreat in Menorca, the hidden gem of the Balearic Islands. We’ll be staying at a charming finca in the heart of the island, perfectly located for exploring Menorca’s stunning beaches, hidden calas, and beautiful hiking trails between yoga classes and meals.

Get ready for a week of yoga, island life, adventure, and meaningful connection shared with like-minded people from all over the world.

“Everything about this retreat was perfect. The food, the people, and the location were all absolutely fantastic!

Lisa and Naza are incredibly welcoming and go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience possible. Their warmth and attention to detail truly made this the best retreat I've ever been on.

Highly recommended!”

The Yoga

Each day we meet for a 2-hour morning yoga practice, starting at 8am, meaning you’ll have plenty of time to sleep in and ease into the day.

You can expect a blend of invigorating, open-level Vinyasa and Power Yoga, alongside meditation, pranayama, and space for reflection and journaling. Our retreats are designed for you who already have experience with a dynamic yoga practice and enjoy being challenged on your mat.

As always, there are plenty of opportunities to explore and deepen your practice. We meet you where you’re at, and the most important thing is that you listen to your body.

In the afternoons, we come together again for either a grounding Yin practice or an explorative workshop.

If we haven’t practiced together before, you’re welcome to try our free classes, and of course reach out anytime with questions.

The Food

During our Menorca retreat, we’ll be nourished daily by our talented chef Guillem.

Expect fresh, Mediterranean-inspired meals prepared with as much organic and local produce as possible, based on what’s in season.

After our morning practice, we’ll gather for a generous brunch — think fresh fruit, juices, yogurt, and savoury treats like local Mahón cheese and traditional pa amb tomàquet.

In the afternoons, a light snack will be served, and on our boat trip day we’ll bring it with us. Evenings are all about abundant, colourful, wholesome buffet-style dinners shared together.

All dietary requirements (vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, allergies) can be accommodated — just let us know when you book.

The Venue

DAMAJUANA - A COUNTRYSIDE GEM AT THE HEART OF THE ISLAND

For this retreat, we’ve hand-picked Damajuana — a spacious, private countryside finca where we’ll be staying together as a group for the week, sharing meals, slow days, and island life. A beautiful historic guesthouse and hidden treasure dating back to 1792.

Located in the countryside near the village of Ferreries (about 5 minutes by car), in the south-central part of the island, Damajuana is surrounded by nature and peaceful Menorcan landscape.

The finca features a large garden with fruit trees, a small swimming pool, shaded patios, quiet corners to rest, and even its own caves — creating a truly unique and grounding space for the week.

There are 10 charming rooms of different sizes (twin, double, and single). Some rooms have ensuite bathrooms, while others share. If you have any preferences or questions, just reach out and we’ll help you find the best option.

Some of Menorca’s most beautiful beaches — Cala Mitjana, Macarella, and Macarelleta — are just a short 5-minute drive away, perfect for spontaneous swims and sunset visits.

HOW TO GET HERE & move around

Menorca is a small island — you can drive across it west to east in about 50 minutes, and north to south in around 30.

There is one small airport (MAH), located just outside the town of Mahón, the island’s main town. There are regular and affordable flights from Barcelona, making it a convenient connection point.

From the airport, the drive to the finca is approximately 30 minutes.

To make the most of the island, we highly recommend renting a car — either solo or shared with other participants. We’re happy to help connect you with others to share costs.

A taxi from the airport costs approximately €60.

“Spending a week in beautiful Menorca with such a lovely group and guided by Lisa and Naza was just the reset I needed.

Lisa and Naza are the kind of teachers who make everything feel effortless and special. They’re thoughtful, present, and always add those little personal touches that make all the difference.

There was so much space for laughter, connection, and simply being yourself. I left feeling recharged, inspired, and already dreaming of the next one”.
