TEACHERS IMMERSION & 50 HOUR TEACHER TRAINING
3-9 May 2026 | TORRE IN SABINA, ITALY
HANDS-ON ADJUSTMENTS - CREATIVE SEQUENCING
Imagine taking off your teacher’s hat, receiving the gift of being guided, and remember the magic of yoga and why you fell in love with it in the first place.
All this, while also growing your skills as a teacher!
This 7-day teachers retreat is all about the practice - a deep dive into asana, meditation, and pranayama as well as lots of workshops focused on hands-on adjustments and sequencing. It’s designed for yoga teachers longing to reconnect, deepen their practice, and reignite their love for teaching.
Set at the stunning Olea, a stunning farmhouse north of Rome, this training will leave you feeling stronger, recharged, and filled with fresh ideas to elevate both your practice and your teaching.
This immersion can be registered as 50 hours of Continuing Education with Yoga Alliance (YACEP).
Early bird rate 200€ off until 31st Dec - use promo code EARLYITALY.
“The immersion was the perfect refresh to take time outside of my regular teaching/business and come home to my own practice. The two hour morning practices were expertly guided, sustainably paced, and left space to tune in with yourself. It was also wonderful to be in the company of other teachers and dedicated practitioners to connect and reflect together. Returning home, I feel re-energized stepping back into my own teaching and practice”.
EVA HAMILTON, CANADA YOGA TEACHER & EDUCATOR

The Program
This 50 hour teachers immersion starts at 5pm with a welcome gathering, a grounding practice and dinner on the afternoon of your arrival. Check-in is available from 4 pm.
For the rest of the week each day begins at 7am with a two-hour morning practice blending Vinyasa, Power Yoga, pranayama, somatic movement, meditation, journaling and a proper long Savasana. We offer plenty of options in our classes, ensuring everyone feels supported and challenged at their level.
After brunch, at 10.30am, we come together for inspiring teacher workshops focused on creative sequencing for Vinyasa flow and theming. Expect a blend of inspiring lectures, interactive workshops, and plenty of space for meaningful discussions. You’ll also have time for self-study and reflection.
At 2pm a hearty snack will be served, followed by free time until 3.30pm.
In the afternoons we dive deep into hands-on adjustment training where you’ll learn how to safely and confidently adjust, both by giving and receiving adjustments. You’ll also get valuable feedback from others students as well as teachers.
The day concludes with a grounding practice that blends yin, restorative and myo-fascial release. This introspective session helps you integrate the day’s work and wind down.
Dinner is served at 7.30pm.
This retreat-style teacher training is led by Lisa Andersson Rhodiner and Nazareno Grisolia, co-founders of Inspiro Yoga.

Our Venue
OLEA - a sanctuary in the HEART OF ITALY
Our location for this teacher training is a beautiful venue called Olea, located in the village Torre in Sabina, one hour north of Rome. The venue is surrounded by three hectares of olive groves and woodlands, making it an ideal and inspiring setting for a training in this immersive format.
One of the highlights of Olea is the world-renowned 150-square-meter outdoor yoga deck, with it’s breath-taking panoramic views of the valley below. For cooler moments of the day, there’s also a fully equipped indoor yoga shala.
The property features a swimming pool, a natural spring with a pond, and plenty of places to relax, both inside and outside.
Accommodation’s spread across two restored stone farmhouses, offering both twin, triple and single rooms. Some have ensuite bathrooms, while others share with neighbouring rooms.
HOW TO GET THERE
The closest airport is Fumicino airport, which is about 1 hour 15 min away. From there the easiest way to get to Olea is that you share a taxi with others. We’ll connect you to others as we get closer to the date. Another option is to get a rental car, either on your own or sharing the cost and ride with others.

“My experience with Inspiro Yoga was outstanding. The daily yoga practice was centering and challenging. The instruction in hands-on adjustments and sequencing was incredibly useful. I walked away with some tools to apply new techniques in my own classes.
Lisa and Naza create an atmosphere of fun and support, while imparting valuable skills. Also, the food was AMAZING!”

“I'm beyond grateful for this experience. I needed an advanced course for yoga teachers, but at the same time, I needed a space where I could feel supported and able to learn even though I had been teaching for so long. I loved the location, the course offerings and the date offered. I was able to advance my knowledge of hands-on assistance and sequencing. Definitely happened! Naza and Lisa are phenomenal.”
