The Empowered Woman
An Immersive Women’s Retreat IN ITALY
13-19 SEP 2026 | ROME
If feeling stronger—not just physically, but emotionally and mentally—coming together with other women to move, create, grow, get inspired, and feel deeply supported sounds like what you’re craving, this immersion is for you.
Join Lisa Andersson Rhodiner and a team of world-class facilitators for a transformative week of empowering Vinyasa, nourishing Yin, inspiring workshops, dance, ritual, journaling, connection, and much more.
This 7-day women’s retreat takes place at Olea, a beautiful venue nestled in the hills of Lazio, just 1 hour north of Rome.
Who’s this Women’s Retreat for?
This is for you if you:
Would love to feel physically stronger in your body, steadier emotionally, and more grounded in yourself.
Give a lot to others—through work, career, family, or life—and know it’s time to return some of that energy back to yourself.
Are building something of your own, often working from home or independently, and miss real in-person connection, community, and support from like-minded women.
Feel you’ve been moving through life in your head lately, and want to come back into your body, emotions, and heart.
Crave change, creativity, and inspiration, but feel a bit stuck or unsure how to move forward on your own.
Are in a transition in life, or simply feel a sense that something is shifting and a new chapter is quietly asking to unfold.
Know there is more in you—and you’re ready to explore that in a space with other women doing the same.
The Program
This immersive women’s retreat begins at 4.30pm on arrival day with a warm welcome gathering, a grounding yoga practice, and a shared dinner as we settle into the week ahead.
Check-in is from 3pm.
Each morning, we meet at 8am for a 2-hour open-level dynamic Vinyasa practice, weaving together pranayama, somatic movement, meditation, and a long, nourishing Savasana.
By 10am, a generous brunch is served, filled with everything you can imagine. Fresh local fruit, homemade granola, smoothies, local cheeses, and a variety of Italian and regional delicacies.
After brunch, the rhythm softens.
Some days offer space to rest by the pool, book a massage, go for a hike, or simply slow down. On other days, we come together for workshops, movement, and embodied practices that invite creativity, reflection, clarity, and connection.
Later in the afternoon, we gather again for a nourishing snack before moving into slower, more grounding practices such as Yin, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, meditation, journaling, and other reflective practices.
As evening arrives, we gather for an abundant dinner buffet filled with colour and full of flavour, shared around the table.
This immersion is led by Inspiro Yoga founder Lisa Andersson Rhodiner, alongside Marjorie Favre and Dannie Quilitzsch (see bios below).
Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.”

She is known for creating spaces that are both strong and deeply supportive, where people often surprise themselves by what they are capable of.
“I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to be mentored by Lisa. Not only is she a brilliant yoga teacher and trainer, but her wealth of experience as an entrepreneur makes her guidance so valuable for women venturing into business and leadership. Lisa’s approach is authentic, nurturing and empowering; she knows when you need coaching and when you just need a hug. Her guidance has helped me to grow in confidence, take leaps of faith and believe that I really CAN follow my dreams and forge my own path.
I wholeheartedly recommend Lisa as a mentor."”

DANNIE QUILITZSCH
LEADERSHIP MENTOR & ADVISOR
Dannie is a Leadership Mentor and Advisor working at the intersection of depth psychology, emotional clarity, and inner authority.
With over 20 years of experience supporting leaders, founders, and individuals in transition, her work focuses on helping people cut through internal noise and reconnect with what is true.
Her approach integrates nervous system awareness, emotional pattern recognition, and intuitive perception — creating a grounded space where clarity emerges and aligned action becomes possible.
At the retreat, Dannie supports women in seeing clearly where they are, what is ready to shift, and how to move forward from a place of coherence rather than pressure.

MARJORIE FAVRE
EMBODIMENT COACH, MENTOR & SOMATIC GUIDE
Marjorie is an Embodiment Coach, Mentor, and Somatic Guide devoted to creating refined, intimate spaces for women to reconnect with themselves.
With over two decades of experience in body based practices, and nearly ten years mentoring women, her approach is subtle and deeply intuitive. It is a space where presence, movement, and nervous system regulation naturally meet.
Her work gently supports the release of patterns held in the body, softening old narratives and easing the emotional weight women carry. From there, something opens, inviting more clarity, more freedom, and a deeper sense of self trust.
Rooted in dance, yoga, and Ayurveda, she offers restorative experiences that guide the body back into fluidity, ease, and lightness.
Through individual and group sessions, she leads women into a slower, more attuned rhythm, where the body becomes a doorway to alignment, aliveness, and quiet joy.
