This 7-day Vinyasa immersion is ALL ABOUT THE PRACTICE, a deep dive into asana, meditation, and pranayama, alongside tons of teachers workshops on hands-on adjustments and creative sequencing.

It’s designed for yoga teachers as well and dedicated practitioners who want to fully immerse in the practice.

Set at the stunning Cucumbi, a farmhouse south-east of Lisbon, this week will leave you feeling stronger, re-inspired, and full of fresh ideas for your personal practice and/or your teaching.

This training can be registered as 50 hours of Continuing Education with Yoga Alliance (YACEP)
