RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL WITH ROASTED NUTS
I LOVE bowls of all kinds - especially smoothie and salad bowls! In a way it’s like creating a nice playlist or a sequence for a yoga class! There’s so much room for creativity!
And it’s not just the creation of what’s IN the smoothie mix but IT’S A LOT ABOUT THE TOPPINGS!
Having nice toppings (roasted seeds, coconut, dried fruit etc.) at home is key to quickly putting together creative, beautiful and yummy bowls!
I personally never measure, instead I just chuck everything into the blender. It can’t really go wrong with how much vs how little you put in! :)
Here’s my simple RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL RECIPE which can easily be adjusted to any berry+ topping mix!
