VEGAN PROTEIN-RICH BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE (2 PEOPLE)
Today it’s hot here in Sweden - a real summer day!
On hot days like these I don’t get as hungry, so instead of making a meal in the middle of the day I sometimes choose to go for a rich smoothie instead. Today I whipped up this super creamy blueberry smoothie, packed with nutrients!
I made around 750ml of smoothie, which is good for two big glasses for me and Naza.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 200gr Frozen Blueberies 
- Frozen Bananas (if you don’t have frozen ones use natural ones of course) 
- 3dl Oat milk (I used iKaffe by Oatly) - or more if you like it more liquid 
- 1 tsp Maca 
- 1 tsp Hemp Powder 
- 1 tsp Wheatgrass Powder 
- Matcha Powder 
- A blender 
- A jug 
HOW TO MAKE IT
- De-freeze the blueberries and bananas (or possibly add in some ice to make it cool if you don’t have cold ingredients) 
- Put all ingredients in the blender 
- Blend until smooth 
- Serve in either a glass or as a smoothie bowl with yummy toppings!
