Inspiro Yoga Terms & Conditions
Booking Procedure & Payment
To book a spot on one of our retreats or trainings, please complete our booking form.
Your place is confirmed once we have received your non-refundable deposit of €500.
If the booking is made less than 30 days (or 60 days for certain retreats/trainings) before the start date, the full amount is required at the time of booking.
When the remaining balance is due, you will receive an automatic email with a payment link. No separate invoice will be issued.
Please note: If payment is not received by the due date, your spot will be released and offered to someone else.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
No exceptions can be made for any circumstance, including but not limited to:
personal or family emergencies, illness or injury (including COVID-19), travel disruptions, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or a change of mind.
If you cancel less than 30 days before the retreat or training, no refund will be issued for either the deposit or the remaining balance. However, if we (or you) are able to find someone to take your place, we will refund the full amount, including the deposit, minus any exchange or transaction fees.
If you are unable to attend, arrive late, or leave early, no refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued.
If Inspiro Yoga Cancels or Postpones
In the rare event that we must cancel due to business reasons, such as low bookings or teacher illness, a full refund will be issued, including your deposit.
If cancellation or postponement is due to circumstances beyond our control — including pandemics, government restrictions, travel bans, natural disasters, or other force majeure events — no refunds or transfers will be offered.
Travel & Insurance
Inspiro Yoga is not responsible for any additional costs you may incur due to cancellation or inability to attend. This includes, but is not limited to: flights, visas, accommodation, transportation, or loss of income.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for:
– trip cancellation and interruption
– medical emergencies
– COVID-19 and other force majeure-related events

This policy allows us to continue offering high-quality, retreats and trainings while honoring our commitments to venues, teachers, and collaborators.
