Since 2013, we’ve led over 100 international retreats and 20+ teacher trainings, welcoming practitioners and teachers to reconnect, deepen their practice, feel stronger, and more alive.

We’re Lisa and Nazareno — a couple since 2003, passionate travellers, yoga enthusiasts, and full-time teachers sharing our practice around the world since 2012.
We founded Inspiro Yoga in the rice fields of Ubud, Bali, in 2013, with a wish to share our deep love for yoga with as many people as possible.
Since then, we’ve taught everything from studio classes and workshops to events and international yoga festivals — but what we love most is creating deeper, immersive experiences like retreats and teacher trainings.
Yoga, to us, is far more than a physical practice — it’s a way of living life every single day.

At our retreats and trainings you can expect high-quality, lovingly prepared food, alwasys with the option for vegan, gluten- or lactose-free. The food served is prepared with as much organic, local produce as possible based on what’s in season at the time of the retreat.

Being avid travellers for more than 20 years, we LOVE to explore the world we’ve picked out our favourite destinations for our retreats and trainings. We offer retreats and teachers immersions across Europe in Portugal, Spain, Italy and Sweden as well as Bali.
