60 MIN SLOW HIPS & HAMSTRING FLOW
A slow and strong Vinyasa class with focus on finding fluidity in the spine and being mindful in the transitions.
50 MIN HANUMANASANA FLOW
An intermediate Vinyasa Flow class building up towards the full splits - Hanumanasana. The class begins with a gentle warm up, sun salutations, kapalabhati pranayama and continues on with a sequence preparing you for the splits. At the end of the class you’ll have the opportunity to practice Headstand and Shoulderstand.
