As the year draws to a close, take a conscious pause to honor yourself and the year that was. The Winter Solstice, the darkest day of the year, is a natural moment of stillness in the rhythm of nature — a time to slow down, reflect, and reset.
This event offers a chance to pause, move, and reconnect with yourself before stepping into the new year.
We’ll move through a slow yet strong flow, combined with somatic movement and pranayama, to awaken and energise the body. The practice will then transition into a space where Yin, meditation, and reflection are woven together.
All levels are welcome. No previous yoga or journaling experience is needed.
