It’s easy to rush into the new year without taking a moment to reflect and get clear on what we actually want it to be like. This event is an invitation to connect to your body, move, reconnect with yourself, and step into 2026 grounded and open.
We’ll start with a dynamic Vinyasa flow to awaken the body, create space, and bring energy. The practice will then move into guided visualisation and journaling, giving you time to reflect, explore, and connect with what you truly want to nurture and welcome in the year ahead.
All levels are welcome. No previous yoga or journaling experience is needed.
