Welcome to a unique Vinyasa class where you’ll flow through sequences that will take you to through a 360 degree journey around your mat!

This class is open to those with experience of Vinyasa Flow who'd like to explore something new!

This class will be be taught at Yoga By The Sea in Mölle (Sweden) AND live streamed via Zoom.

To join live online (or receive a replay) the price is 15€. If you’re already a member of INSPIRO YOGA ONLINE STUDIO the class is included in your membership. Either way make sure to sign up to get the link to Zoom before Saturday 9th, 4pm.
