Here's an invitation to get into the playfulness of a child in a fun, yet challenging, experimental workshop! Props and walls become part of the playground and you'll work together in pairs to support each other. NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OF ARM BALANCES NECESSARY BUT GREAT IF YOU'VE DONE SOME YOGA BEFORE.
