LISA ANDERSSON RHODINER
Co-founder - Yoga Teacher - Retreat Organiser
Hi! I'm Lisa, born and raised in southern Sweden. At heart though - I'm a world citizen - feeling just as much at home in Portugal, Sweden and Bali.
I thrive on healthy vibrant food (both preparing, capturing and sharing), practising and teaching yoga, dancing and being in nature.
In my classes you can expect slow and strong Vinyasa Flow sequences drawing inspiration from different styles of yoga and teachers I've learnt from. Sometimes I share a poem in class, put on a yummy playlist, invite free flowing movement and other times more structure and silence. Every class is different from the other. Thats what I love about Vinyasa Flow - the endless creativity and freedom it gives me.
As much as I like to invite students to play and challenge themselves - I always tell students to listen to their bodies and stay true to their practice - not comparing themselves to others.
In addition to Vinyasa Flow, I also teach Hatha yoga Yin and Restorative yoga.
Lisa Andersson Rhodiner (SWE) is a E-RYT 200 Yoga Alliance certified Vinyasa Flow (RADIANTLY ALIVE 2012) and Hatha yoga teacher (HIGH VIBE 2017) based in the seaside town of Ericeira, western Portugal. Since graduating from her first teacher training in Bali in 2012 she's been teaching yoga full time - offering classes, workshops and retreats in both Europe and Asia, as well as taught at a number of international yoga festivals and events.
An entrepreneur at heart and a passionate healthy food and sustainable lifestyle advocate, and Lisa has co-founded multiple forward-thinking lifestyle projects during the last few years. "Art of Life Yoga & Raw Food Retreats" in Bali, "Pop Up Yoga & Brunch" Ericeira, "Yogalito Teachers Academy" and "Find Your Flow" Immersions are just a few.
Lisa is also the co-founder True North Vinyasa - offering 200 hrs Teacher Trainings and Immersions for teachers in Portugal and Sweden.
